Outdoor Group Workouts are a great way to get outside, get active, and meet like-minded people.

  • Interval circuit training to get you moving, your heart pumping, and keep you engaged in your workout.

Time and Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings - 7:30a - 8:30a

July (July 3rd - 28th) - August (Aug. 7th - Sept. 1st) - September - Fall Session TBD

Cost: $300/month (+HST)

Already Have a group you want to workout with?

Private Outdoor Group Workout Series:

Time and Days: Connect with us to set up a day and time.

Cost: Two sessions per week - $250/month (+ HST)/person and Three sessions per week - $360/month (+ HST)/person

Participants: We can accommodate up to 10 participants. A minimum group of 5 people is needed to run a private series.

The fine print…

There are no substitutions and missed sessions will be forfeited. The monthly cost must be paid in full at the beginning of the month.

Session cancellations due to weather will be made up the following day (make up sessions for Friday mornings will run Sunday morning). Any missed sessions due to personal reasons will be forfeited.
